Life coaching program
My clients are students or professionals looking for a balanced life full of meaning. They come to coaching when they want a change and understanding who they are. They would like to grow and become confident.
Life coaching program consists of 4 sessions (500 EUR) or 8 sessions (900 EUR) depending on what your goals are.
I coach mainly online. If offline coaching is preferable, we can make an appointment in a coaching space in Amsterdam.
The sessions are mainly in English or Russian.
During the first discovery session we work on the coaching plan.
I ask questions like:
- Who are you?
- What are your talents?
- What impact do you want to make in this life?
- What’s important for you?
- What do you want from life?
- What brings you joy?
- What do you feel?
- What you want to get by the end of coaching?
After each session you get a request or challenge for action for which you hold accountability.
After completing 4 or 8 sessions we discuss your results.
I can assure there will be progress on the way to the job you really like.
I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I completed the Coaching studies in Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in August 2022. CTI is a pioneering organization in the training industry, accredited by International Coach Federation and others. I have worked for 10 years in the corporate world as a Project manager and Treasurer when I realized that my biggest passion in life is Self-Development and People. I’ve done studies related to psychology, yoga, life management, health, nutrition, relationships and femininity. I have completed 300hrs Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Minds Amstelveen.
Do you believe that living your best life is possible?
Many people settle for what they have and give up on their dreams. Sometimes we don’t see our uniqueness and try to adjust ourselves to the demands of society.
I help individuals to connect with their dreams and discover their life values. I encourage people to discover their purpose and find joy at home or at work.
RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR SELF
Most clients are looking for a fulfilling life and meaningful relationships in families, in couples, in dating, at work and friendships… But the most important relationship is with your Self.
What is your relationship with yourself like? Do you accept yourself?
I believe that self-acceptance and self-love are crucial in life. I guide my clients to see their own beauty and accept their shades. It helps them become whole.
Is there anything in you that is hard to accept? Have you ever thought “I’m not good enough”? Are you the biggest fan of yours or the worst critic?
How do you express Love towards your Self?
When we accept ourselves the way we are, we start loving ourselves unconditionally.
That is one of topics we work on with my clients.
We often hear “Just do it”. Easier said than done, right? We often need support from people around us. From my own experience I know that the guidance of a coach is extremely valuable!
Sometimes it’s hard to notice what really is an obstacle between wanting/planning and doing. Our mind has a tendency to find excuses and avoid things we are not used to. Our Saboteurs want to keep the status quo.
The Judge, Avoider, Pleaser, Procrastinator or other saboteurs can always find reasons not to move forward.
As a Coach I work on limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns of clients. We look at them from different angles, process emotions and build new awareness to “break” repeating patterns.
I connect the clients with their best Selves, their Inner Leader. We distinguish who takes the lead in life: Inner Leader or multiple saboteurs that we all have. Who directs the wheel of your life?
I truly believe that we can all make our dreams come true. As soon as we realize this power and take responsibility, we can create the life that we truly want.
Coaching is a very powerful tool on this journey.
Frequently asked questions
A life coach is a trained professional who helps individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. They work with clients to assess their current situation, set achievable goals, and develop a plan of action to reach those goals.
Some of the benefits of working with a life coach include gaining clarity on your goals, developing a plan of action, staying accountable and motivated, overcoming obstacles and challenges, and achieving a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Life coaches can help with a wide range of issues, including career development, personal relationships, health and wellness, time management, stress reduction, and overall life satisfaction.
While there may be some overlap, a life coach is generally focused on helping clients achieve specific goals and improve their overall quality of life, whereas a therapist is focused on addressing and treating mental health issues and emotional challenges.
Coaching sessions can vary in length, but they typically last between 30 minutes to an hour.
The frequency of coaching sessions can vary based on individual needs and goals, but most coaches recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to ensure consistency and progress.
Finding the right life coach for you is a personal decision. Some factors to consider include the coach’s training and credentials, their coaching style, their availability and fees, and their experience working with clients with similar goals or challenges.
Coaching may be right for you if you feel stuck or unfulfilled in certain areas of your life, have specific goals you want to achieve, or are seeking support and guidance to reach your full potential. It’s important to have an open mind and be willing to commit time and effort to the coaching process.
